A splendid double portrait for two handsome and well turned-out young gentlemen - note that fine moustache, the extraordinarily high stiff collar!
I attempted to discover the location of Monsieur Jaeger’s studio, but there seems to be a Rue de Flandre in both Paris and Brussels; so if any of you good readers are more knowledgeable on early 20th Century European portrait phoographers than I, do let me know which nationality this fellow was!

The photographer is H. (=Hubert) Jaeger. (He has at least one photo in the Gallica collection of the French National Library.) His address is in French on the card, which is why you didn’t recognize the city. It is (in Flemish): Vlaanderenstraat 24, Ghent (=Gand), Belgium.
